Job summary

PCL Industrial Services is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Construction Manager to lead field operations on large, complex industrial projects in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery of mechanical scopes including piping, equipment and modular installations, working alongside civil, electrical, I&C, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Requires post-secondary education in mechanical/industrial engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of progressive industrial construction experience with leadership of mechanical scopes.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods and safety standards such as OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large, complex industrial projects with mechanical scopes.
• Ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget, high-quality delivery of mechanical work.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, I&C, and commissioning teams to integrate disciplines.
• Direct execution of piping, equipment setting, modular/skid installation and turnover to commissioning.
• Mentor and supervise superintendents, foremen, and QA/QC personnel across sites.
