Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a seasoned Mechanical Construction Manager to lead field operations on large industrial projects, including data centers, power, mining, and petrochemical facilities.

You will ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery of mechanical scopes and coordinate with civil, electrical, and commissioning teams. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of progressive industrial construction experience, strong knowledge of piping codes and safety standards, and

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in mechanical/industrial engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading mechanical scopes on large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental principles in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large or concurrent industrial projects with focus on safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Direct execution of process and utility piping, equipment setting and alignment, modular installations and turnover to commissioning.
• Provide leadership to field crews and oversee QA/QC programs, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
