Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will drive safety, quality, schedule and production from startup through completion while coordinating with project teams, subcontractors and self-perform crews.

Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available. The role offers growth within a national contractor and a culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or engineering degree required; NCSO designation preferred.
• 15 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a construction workforce.
• Knowledge of construction materials, specs, methods and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple scopes and build lookahead schedules.
• Safety and environmental principles knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Plan and execute critical scopes including underground utilities, concrete, earthwork and facilities.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and self-perform crews to meet schedules.
• Lead site meetings with client, consultants and trades; manage safety and quality.
