Job summary

TYG in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical construction.
  • Experience managing commercial and/or multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction sequencing, and project delivery.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.

  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages.
  • Monitor labor productivity and project performance to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements.
  • Mentor project engineers and support the professional growth of junior team members.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
