Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management degree or in progress.
• Ability to work authorized in the United States full-time without sponsorship.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management/document control software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Team with coordinating project information for the assigned department.
• Support document control: insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders.
• Ensure documents are saved in the project document control system.
• Review drawings distribution to field and assist with schedule integration.
• Track major equipment deliveries and assist with site coordination.
• Assist with closeout activities and turnover to estimating for pricing.
