Job summary

EMCOR Group, through Poole and Kent Corporation, seeks an Assistant Project Manager (Mechanical) in Shippingport, PA. You will support the Project Manager and project team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with proper resources.

Responsibilities include contract review, document control, scheduling, billing, and safety collaboration across field teams. Some travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical Eng., business admin., or related field.
• 3–5 years in mechanical/plumbing/industrial HVAC preferred.
• Experience with construction contracts and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in driving project flow from inception to completion.
• Assist with contract review, document control, and internal/external meetings.
• Support scheduling, billing, and monthly billings/collections.
