Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical and/or Electrical) required.
• 5–7+ years of Project Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge and application.
• Experience with new product development, design, trials, and material selection.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and execution of several concurrent medium complexity projects.
• Designs and develops basic mechanical layouts and suggests improvements to equipment or processes.
• Defines and drafts project technical requirements specifications and develops all project documentation.
• Develops projects that optimize manufacturing processes and lean workflows to improve productivity and safety.
• Interacts with EH&S to identify equipment safety standards and procedures; support safety upgrades.
• Provide technical consultation to plant maintenance for installation and repair of equipment.
