Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement professional to support project delivery through competitive sourcing, bid development, and supplier coordination. You will review drawings and specs, develop scopes of work, solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and draft ROA/BAFOs, ensuring alignment with project needs and procurement schedules.

This role can be performed from any Turner office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Supply Chain, or related field with related experience.
• Broad knowledge of construction and supply chain operations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, scopes, and project schedules.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals and coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive bid procurement, bid evaluations, and BAFOs for assigned projects.
• Develop scopes of work, bid lists, and ROA documentation for review by SB leads.
• Coordinate procurement documentation and ensure alignment with project needs and schedules.
• Analyze supplier proposals, price competitiveness, and scope alignment.
• Escalate complex issues to Procurement supervisor and support process improvements.
