Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to support project delivery. You will conduct competitive bid processes, develop scopes of work, review proposals, and draft award recommendations for multiple projects.

You will analyze supplier proposals, manage BAFOs, and coordinate with preconstruction teams to ensure timely procurement execution and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in construction procurement, sourcing, supplier experience or related project delivery roles.
• Broad knowledge of construction and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and construction accounting procedures.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals, including pricing and scope alignment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SB competitive bid procurement, bid evaluations, BAFOs, RFQ/RFP development, bid management, analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Establish project-specific bidding procedures and review bid lists.
• Develop, refine, and finalize scopes of work for procurement packages.
• Receive, analyze, and tabulate supplier proposals; manage bid clarifications and BAFOs.
• Draft ROA documentation for review and approval by SB Procurement and Preconstruction leads.
• Submit purchase order requests following approved ROAs.
• Participate in project team meetings to support procurement execution and schedule alignment.
