Job summary

You will review drawings and specs, develop scopes of work, solicit bids, and coordinate procurement packages to align with project needs.

The role emphasizes BAFOs, ROA documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of SB procurement processes, with optional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of procurement experience.
• Knowledge of construction, supply chain operations, and scheduling.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and procurement schedules.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals and BAFO processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Office, and SharePoint; able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive bid procurement, BAFOs, RFQ/RFP management and award recommendations.
• Develop project-specific bidding procedures and review bid lists.
• Define scopes of work for procurement packages and ensure clarity.
• Analyze supplier proposals and manage bid clarifications and BAFOs.
• Draft ROA documentation for SB Procurement and Preconstruction.
• Support project team meetings and schedule alignment.
• Escalate technical, commercial, or risk issues to Procurement supervisor.
