Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement professional to support project delivery through competitive bid processes, bid evaluations, and BAFOs. You will develop RFQ/RFPs, manage bid documentation, and coordinate ROA-backed purchase orders in alignment with SB standards.

Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, scope refinement, and cross-functional collaboration with Preconstruction teams to ensure accurate procurement forecasts and timely awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Supply Chain, or related field with minimum 4 years of construction procurement experience
• Experience in reviewing drawings, specs, and scopes of work to support procurement
• Knowledge of bid documentation, evaluation, and award processes and coordination with project teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct SB competitive bid procurement; perform bid evaluations and BAFO processes for assigned projects.
• Develop bid documentation, RFQ/RFPs, and coordinate reviews for approval.
• Prepare ROA documentation, review ROAs, and follow Return on Assets procedures.
• Support project meetings and schedule alignment; escalate complex issues to supervision.
