Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, is seeking a procurement professional to support project delivery through competitive bidding, scope development, and procurement documentation.

You will review drawings, solicit bids, evaluate BAFOs, draft ROA documentation, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with Preconstruction teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction/SC or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in construction procurement or related roles.
• Broad knowledge of construction and supply chain operations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals and BAFOs with procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform SB competitive bid procurement process and BAFOs, including RFQ/RFP development and bid management.
• Establish project-specific bidding procedures and review bid lists for comments.
• Develop, refine, and finalize scopes of work for procurement packages.
• Receive and tabulate supplier proposals; manage bid clarifications and BAFOs.
• Draft ROA documentation with assumptions and exclusions for review.
• Submit PO requests following ROAs per department procedures.
• Participate in project team meetings to support procurement execution and schedule alignment.
• Escalate complex issues to Procurement supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement of SB Procurement processes.
