Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement professional to support project delivery through competitive sourcing, bid evaluations, and BAFO processes. You will review drawings and specifications, develop scopes of work, solicit bids, and prepare documentation for review.

You will manage bid documentation, analyze supplier proposals, draft ROA, and coordinate with Preconstruction leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction management or related field with 4+ years of procurement experience.
• Broad knowledge of construction and supply chain operations.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals, including pricing and scope alignment.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive bid procurement, RFP/BAFO development, bid management and award recommendations.
• Develop scopes of work and bid documentation; coordinate with SB procurement leads.
• Analyze supplier proposals, BAFOs, and pricing for procurement decisions.
• Prepare ROA documentation for review and approval.
• Submit PO requests following ROAs; support project meetings and schedule alignment.
• Escalate complex issues to Procurement supervisor; contribute to process improvements.
