Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, seeks a procurement professional to support project delivery. You will review drawings and specs, develop scopes of work, solicit bids, and coordinate documentation for review and approval to ensure competitive sourcing.

You will perform bid evaluations, BAFOs, and ROA documentation, with involvement in bid management, revisions, and supplier negotiations to guide award recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction procurement, sourcing or related project delivery roles
• Broad knowledge of construction and supply chain operations
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specs and schedules
• Experience analyzing supplier proposals and coordinating with teams
• Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and attention to detail
• Proficient in project forecasting, budgeting, and cost procedures
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive bid procurement processes and BAFOs for assigned projects
• Develop, refine and finalize scopes of work for procurement packages
• Review drawings and specs and prepare bid documentation
• Receive, analyze and tabulate supplier proposals and bid clarifications
• Draft ROA documentation with assumptions and exclusions for review
• Submit PO requests per ROAs and established procedures
• Participate in project team meetings to support procurement execution
