Job summary

CoVolt Power SE seeks a senior on-site lead to manage mechanical construction activities for solar and BESS projects across North America. You will oversee crew productivity, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality installation in line with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in the solar or related construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate clock in and out of assigned team members.
• Complete and submit daily reports to Superintendent.
• Oversee multiple mechanical construction activities such as string line, tracker work, and module QA/QC.
• Lead production planning to meet the job schedule and production targets.
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure operators are qualified.
• Ensure documentation (JSA, daily reports, inspection reports) is accurate.
