Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead mechanical construction efforts for solar and related projects. You will oversee crews, supervise installation of gear, track QA/QC, and drive safety practices across diverse weather conditions at multiple sites in the United States.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in solar construction, strong leadership, and experience with Procore, MS Office, and drawing interpretation to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in the solar or related construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate clock in and out of assigned team members.
• Submit Foreman Daily Report to Superintendent.
• Oversee multiple mechanical construction activities (String Line, Laser, Tracker Shakeout, Huck & BOM, MIB, Damper, SPC Controller).
• Installation of Slew Gear, Torque Tube, Drive Line, and Motor; Module staging and installation; Tracker and Module QA/QC.
• Plan daily activities, ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule; monitor quality control.
• Coordinate equipment needs, ensure operators are qualified, and that all equipment is maintained.
