CoVolt Power is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Foreman to lead field teams on solar and BESS construction sites across North America. You will oversee daily production, QA/QC, and safe operation while coordinating equipment, materials, and crews to meet the project schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in heavy trades on outdoor sites. Travel to different job sites is required; you will mentor crew members, review drawings, and ensure compliance

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in the solar or related construction industry.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating multiple trades.

Mansioni

• Oversee accurate clock in/out of assigned team members.
• Complete and submit Foreman Daily Report to Superintendent.
• Lead mechanical activities: tracker assembly, installation, QA/QC of mechanical work.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet schedules.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and tooling meet project needs.
• Coordinate equipment and ensure operators are qualified and maintained.
• Lead team by example with coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret specifications and drawings for mechanical scope.
