Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Foreman to supervise field crews on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will lead installation, QA/QC, and safety, ensuring work aligns with plans, schedules, and quality standards.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings, coordinate equipment, and mentor teammates in the field under varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in solar or related construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate clock in and out of assigned team members.
• Complete and submit daily to Superintendent the Foreman Daily Report.
• Oversee multiple mechanical construction activities (e.g., String Line, Laser, Tracker Shakeout, Huck & BOM, MIB, Damper, SPC Controller).
• Coordinate equipment needs, ensure operators are qualified and that equipment is maintained.
