Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform heavy manual tasks.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and safety-focused mindset.
• Experience in construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• String line and laser alignment on site.
• Pile shakeout and remediation activities.
• Tracker shakeout and QA/QC for modules and trackers.
• Train others on at least one complete mechanical scope.
• Maintain safety and timely reporting of field decisions.
