The ideal candidate has extensive pipefitting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and coordinate with project management to meet schedules and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pipefitting experience, preferably in commercial mechanical construction.
• Experience as Mechanical Foreman or in a similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, and mechanical equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30-Hour training and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field activities.
• Plan and assign work to meet schedules and quality expectations.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and project documentation.
