We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial mechanical construction who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and developing a productive field team. The Mechanical Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate labor and materials, and work closely

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pipefitting experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Experience as Mechanical Foreman or similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems and mechanical equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of mechanical codes, OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using an iPad, computer, and construction-related software for drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical construction crews.
• Plan and assign work to ensure schedules and quality expectations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, submittals, and drawings.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project schedules.
• Work with project managers and other trades to resolve jobsite challenges.
• Monitor labor hours, material usage, and project progress.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Ensure installations comply with codes, specs and quality standards.
• Promote and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Provide guidance, training, and leadership to field employees and apprentices.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and other concerns before they impact productivity.
