Job summary

Gallo Mechanical is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial mechanical construction projects. You will supervise journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality mechanical and plumbing installations.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, coordinating material deliveries, and enforcing OSHA and project safety standards while mentoring the next generation of field leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have current NC Journeyman’s license.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience leading mechanical and plumbing crews on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices.
• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical and plumbing systems per codes.
• Plan daily activities to ensure on-time, safe project completion.
• Supervise field operations and track crew productivity and schedule adherence.
• Enforce safety policies and manage change orders with supervisors.
