This 3-year, 3-year rotational program exposes participants to multiple program types, business units, and locations, paired with a mentor, education assistance, and cross-functional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Engineering Mechanics/Materials Science Engineering.
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months for the 3-year program.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering support for new product development and factory support of existing products.
• Translate requirements into mechanical specs and test plans.
• Execute verification testing per plan and analyze results.
