Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking candidates for the Engineering Leadership Development Program - Electrical Engineer. The 3-year rotational program accelerates development by exposing participants to diverse program types, business units, locations, and life-cycle elements, with mentorship, education assistance, and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering or recently graduated in the last 12 months.
Willingness to relocate every 12 months for the 3-year program.

Responsibilities

Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans.
Develop test plans, procedures and cases.
Conduct tests and document results.
Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting.
Analyze systems requirements from end systems and users.
Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
