Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking candidates for the Engineering Leadership Development Program - Electrical Engineer. This 3-year, rotation-focused program exposes participants to multiple program types, business units, locations, and lifecycle elements, with mentorship and education support to accelerate career growth.

Eligible applicants are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with willingness to relocate annually for the program duration.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field or have completed a degree within the last 12 months.
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months for the 3-year duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans.
• Develop test plans, procedures & cases.
• Conduct tests and document results.
• Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Analyze systems requirements from end systems and users.
• Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers.
