Job summary

L3Harris is seeking the Engineering Leadership Development Program - Systems Engineer to rotate through multiple program types, business units, and geographies over a 3-year path. Participants are paired with mentors and have access to education assistance, full training, and cross-functional exposure to accelerate career growth.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in engineering or have graduated within the last 12 months and are willing to relocate annually for the rotations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in eligible engineering fields or completed within the last 12 months.
• Ability to relocate every 12 months for the 3-year program.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations and implementation plans.
• Develop test plans, procedures and cases.
• Conduct tests and document results.
• Use software tools, scripting and troubleshooting of software/hardware.
• Analyze requirements from end systems and users.
• Support development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate plans and status to customers.
