SharkNinja, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op in Needham, MA. This full-time role offers hands-on prototyping, lab work, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and product management teams.

You'll gain experience across the product lifecycle, with exposure to CAD tools, rapid iteration, and data-driven design decisions, in a fast-paced, startup-like environment backed by a global brand.

Formación

• Student in engineering program or recent graduate within the past year.
• Available for full-time, 40-hour-per-week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and design practices.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to concepting and prototyping next-gen Shark products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and PMs.
• Build, test, and iterate prototypes and lab rigs to validate performance.
• Analyze testing data to inform design decisions and improve functionality.
• Participate in design reviews and root-cause analysis; communicate results clearly.
