Job summary

Delek US Holdings (Texas refinery) seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support refinery mechanical equipment and process systems. You will evaluate fixed and rotating equipment, develop corrective actions, and assist with maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2+ years mechanical engineering experience in refining or similar industry required.
• Experience with fixed/rotating equipment and refinery systems preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training or PE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering support for refinery fixed and rotating equipment.
• Evaluate equipment performance and lead root-cause analyses.
• Support refinery mechanical integrity programs and fitness-for-service reviews.
• Develop scopes, specifications, data sheets, and design packages for maintenance and projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors to execute work safely.
