Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer to ensure safe, environmentally responsible, reliable refinery operation across our Texas assets. You will coordinate equipment understanding, process fundamentals, and data-driven decision making to optimize performance while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ten (10) or more years Process engineering experience or equivalent ability in refining industry (Required).
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering duties across refinery equipment and processes.
• Fixed Equipment Operation and metallurgy oversight in refining units.
• Manage refinery economics and turnarounds with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain safety and process safety standards in daily operations.
• Interface with site teams to implement design improvements under supervision.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to optimize unit performance.
• Mentor Engineers/Specialists and contribute to monthly reporting.
• Lead or support process technology troubleshooting and reliability efforts.
