Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our Texas refinery operations. You will apply fundamentals of process engineering, equipment operation, and refinery practices to help ensure safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and optimized performance.

With 10+ years in refining and a Bachelor's degree, you will mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions and reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ten or more years of process engineering experience in refining is expected.
• Experience with refining economics and safety practices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering and equipment operation within refinery settings.
• Lead unit management and refinery economics analyses to optimize performance.
• Ensure personal and process safety across projects and operations.
• Mentor engineers and specialists; support monthly reporting and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and improvement.
• Contribute to design improvements and implement with oversight.
