Job summary
Delek US Holdings is seeking a Sr E&E Reliability Engineer in Big Spring, TX to lead electrical and instrumentation reliability across refinery assets, improve time between failures, and reduce downtime. You will develop and maintain maintenance strategies, comply with NFPA 70/70E, ISA, and API standards, and collaborate with operations to optimize capital projects and safety performance.

Qualifications
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required).
- 4+ years Oil & Gas or related experience (Required).
- 8+ years Oil & Gas experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as site technical resource for E&I reliability and compliance programs across refinery units.
- Provide engineering support to improve reliability, process safety and environmental performance.
- Maintain E&I asset reliability programs for electrical power distribution, instrumentation, process analyzers, CEMS, and SIS components.
- Develop and maintain inspection, calibration and PM/PdM strategies based on industry standards and risk assessments.
- Support SIS lifecycle management, including testing and documentation.
- Review and improve electrical safety programs and relay/PCB protection settings.
