The position emphasizes leadership of diverse teams, RAMS process ownership, and training development to sustain safe, efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of management experience required.
• 15+ years of experience in a related field required.
• No licensure or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and maintenance processes.
• Evaluate mechanical improvements and root-cause failure analyses.
• Develop best practices for equipment design, training, QA, and workflow.
• Oversee RAMS maintenance processes and training for site.
• Lead reliability-related training and compliance materials.
