Job summary

Mister Car Wash, headquartered in Tucson, AZ, seeks an Engineering Specialist to join the Headquarters team. You will lead the creation of new wash systems and technologies, develop and test mechanical, electrical, and lighting solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move ideas from concept to real-world implementation.

Responsibilities include driving product innovation, testing and validation, and prototyping with 3D CAD, while coordinating with production for manufacturing

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Requires at least 4 years of CAD modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead new wash-system ideas from concept to release.
• Create and refine test methodologies for product performance.
• 3D CAD design, prototyping, and field-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with production shops for manufacturing.
