Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in mechanical design or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with design documentation and standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned project tasks under supervision of more senior engineers.
• Participates in development efforts under management and senior team members.
• Makes design modifications or improvements with supervision.
• Maintains project reference documentation.
• Develops test and verification procedures.
• May support manufacturing floor with existing products.
• Provides task time estimates and tracks progress.
• Attends training classes as identified.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Learns tools and applications used by department.
• Adheres to department and company policies and plans.
• Conducts investigations on relatively simple problems to determine causes and solutions.
• Ensures quality of product release documentation and drawings.
