Qualifications

• Candidate is a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• CAD solid modeling competency is required.
• Analytical skills preferred (FEA, CFD, calculations).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Organized, with good time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned projects to establish plans, goals, and objectives.
• Design and build test fixtures for evaluation.
• Test and evaluate equipment and recommend design modifications.
• Assist manufacturing and service personnel with troubleshooting of equipment.
• Work hands-on with engineering and shop personnel on product development.
• Collaborate across departments and present final project outcomes to peers and leadership.
