Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field is required.
- Project or team leadership experience is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required; fabrication skills and experience with programming and robotics are desired.
Responsibilities
- Test new designs, recommend improvements, troubleshoot issues hands-on, and build prototypes using in-house equipment.
- Collaborate with offshore colleagues and assist the product manager with customer and engineering issues throughout product development.
