Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle—from concept through production release.
• Create detailed 3D models and shop drawings in SolidWorks.
• Design with manufacturing realities in mind (sheet metal, CNC, fabrication).
• Build accurate BOMs and maintain part numbers across assemblies.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to realize customer-driven designs.
• Support production with design updates and troubleshooting.
• Run simulations and analyses to ensure reliability.
• Drive design changes and process improvements.
