EMCOR Group, Inc. (via Upland Mechanical, Inc.) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Construction (Mechanical) in Columbus, OH.

The role supports the Project Manager and project team to keep projects on time and within budget while ensuring a safe work environment. You will handle document control, procurement, scheduling, and coordination with field teams, while maintaining compliance with contracts and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering or similar area of study required.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in driving project flow from inception to completion.
• Assist with project document control, including insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, etc.
• Attend meetings with internal and external entities to review scheduling, delivery and progress.
