Upland Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Construction (Mechanical) in Columbus, OH to lead commercial mechanical projects from kickoff to closeout.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain safety and quality on site. The role requires strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders, a BS degree in a related field, and extensive experience in large-scale construction management.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in a related field (Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management).
• Relevant professional experience in managing large commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management for assigned commercial mechanical projects.
• Independently oversee all aspects of project performance through completion.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and cash flow to align with goals.
• Report to executives with accurate project status and forecasts.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, scheduling, purchasing, and field teams to meet milestones.
• Maintain safety and quality on job sites and conduct toolbox talks.
