Job summary

You will coordinate with PreConstruction, Scheduling, Purchasing, and the on-site team to ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality expectations. Strong English communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
• Ten years direct and independent experience in managing large commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management in the execution of the assigned project.
• Independently oversees all aspects of the assigned project through completion.
• Independently oversees, directs and leads risk mitigation for matters arising out of project performance.
• Drive the project to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow in alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and present computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.
• Maintain regular communication with project superintendents and on-site staff.
