Responsibilities

• Instruct crews on work activities and coordinate performance.
• Interpret orders, sketches and blueprints to coordinate materials and tools.
• Inspect quality to meet standards and specs.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Track time and production; adjust sequences to meet schedule.
• Study schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• May estimate costs for contracts.
• Communicate effectively with supervision and employees.
• Observe safety alerts and hazards.
• Perform other duties as required.
