Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in at least one craft.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Familiar with OSHA 30-hour safety training or equivalent.
• Two to five years as a Craft Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong time management, coordination, and instructional skills.
• Ability to communicate with craftsmen and schedule work.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all crafts on the job site.
• Oversee technical, safety, and human relations aspects of employment.
• Identify safety hazards and correct them promptly.
• Align work with customer requirements and site conditions.
• Communicate with craftsmen to schedule work and maintain flow.
• Inspect sites onsite before permits for safety concerns.
• Instruct workers on new procedures, materials, and safety meetings.
• Work with customers professionally and assist when needed.
• Train workers in construction methods, equipment operation, and company policies.
• Read blueprints to plan construction requirements.
• Coordinate with managers, departments, and contractors to resolve issues.
