Bay Ltd. is seeking a Foreman to lead construction crews on diverse projects in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes safety leadership, mentoring crew, and coordinating daily activities with site managers and clients.

The Foreman will uphold all safety policies, read blueprints, enforce quality standards, and communicate clearly to ensure on-time progress and adherence to plans. Strong prior foreman experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Foreman.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that employees comply with and enforce all company Safety, health and environmental policies and procedures that apply to your work
• Communicating expectations to employees
• Ensure that employees are safety trained prior to performing the work assigned to them
• Communicate hazards or concerns to general foreman, superintendents, safety, and site management
• Conduct safety and health audits of your work area and correct them immediately
• Treat employees fairly and with respect
• Conduct and participate daily safety, toolbox, monthly and special meetings
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks
• Ensure compliance of all safety procedures and policies while promoting company’s safety culture
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
