Job summary

CB&I seeks a Construction Supervisor to support field activities across multiple sites from The Woodlands, TX. You will manage material supply, staffing, tooling and equipment, and interact with customer representatives daily.

The role reports to Operations Management and requires daily site engagement to meet milestones and safety standards. The candidate should have 3+ years in supervision, a construction-related degree, and knowledge of industry codes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Knowledge of OSHA, API, ASME, AWWA, NCCCR or equivalents.
• Certifications in Health, Safety & Environmental practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction activities on multiple small to medium projects.
• Regularly visit project sites and supervise logistics, tooling and workforce.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental and Security programs.
• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules for efficient use of labor and equipment.
• Meet construction schedules and completion dates, coordinating with project teams.
• Coordinate labor relations and ensure compliance with labor standards.
