Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to drive company vehicles.
• Own a set of tools is required.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience for external applicants or 6+ months as Mechanic 2 for internal applicants.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and safety manuals.
• Proficiency in English for safety and operational communication.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles and equipment.
• Contribute to safety and efficiency of company equipment at Shop NEX in Marshall, TX.
• Read blueprints and safety manuals to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with teammates as needed to complete tasks.
