Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair engines, electrical, HVAC, suspension, transmission and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Supervise maintenance operations on equipment and oversee technicians.
• Mentor entry‑level mechanics during repairs and training.
• Facilitate HSE meetings and safety training sessions.
• Create and manage maintenance orders in SAP NetWeaver or SAP Fiori.
• Review and retain proper maintenance records for audits.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance and plan resources efficiently.
• Inspect and approve repairs before returning equipment to production.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across engines, electrical, HVAC, suspension, transmission, brakes, hydraulics, and cryogenics systems.
• Plan, execute, and document maintenance programs and orders in SAP.
• Ensure DOT compliance through certification and inspection processes.
• Mentor entry-level mechanics during repairs and training sessions.
• Lead safety meetings, report hazards, and participate in regional coordination.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with regional teams and district managers.
• Review and approve completed repairs prior to production restart.
