Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Mechanic to perform complex repairs, inspect post-repair work, and lead maintenance activities across production equipment in Texas. You will mentor junior mechanics, coordinate with regional teams, and uphold DOT and safety standards.

Strong troubleshooting across engines, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, cryogenics, and drivetrain systems is essential. Proficiency in SAP maintenance orders and safety training is required.

Qualifications

Expertise in identifying and maintaining equipment including engines and systems.
Experience supervising maintenance operations on equipment.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Facilitate HSE meetings and training sessions.
Create and review maintenance records and orders in SAP.

Responsibilities

Perform and complete all essential functions of mechanics.
Assist with equipment function checks and troubleshooting.
Plan and execute maintenance programs.
Inspect and approve completed repairs.
Lead safety meetings and report hazards.
Mentor entry-level mechanics during repairs.
Coordinate maintenance activities with regional teams.
