NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Mechanic to maintain and oversee a broad range of equipment at our Midland, Texas facility. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, diagnostics, mentoring, and maintaining thorough maintenance records to ensure reliability and safety in operations.

The Mechanic will supervise entry-level staff, drive compliance with DOT regulations, and lead coordination of maintenance orders using SAP NetWeaver or SAP Fiori. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience mentoring entry-level mechanics.
• Ability to lead safety meetings and training sessions.
• Familiarity with documenting maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on engines, electrical, HVAC, suspension, transmission, brakes, hydraulics and cryogenics systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and oversee repairs.
• Create and manage maintenance orders in SAP SAP Fiori systems.
• Mentor and coach junior mechanics during repairs.
• Coordinate safety and HSE meetings; report hazards promptly.
• Lead meetings with regional teams and district managers.
