Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an Assistant Meat Manager in Colorado. You will assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in running the department, ensuring product quality, freshness, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

This role requires leadership, meat/seafood operations experience, and the ability to lift up to 90 lbs. Flexible schedules include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional Meat department experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a grocery setting.
• 2–3 years grocery retail Meat dept experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing department productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Help hire, train, and develop the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload deliveries and maintain equipment.
