Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Must be 18+ with basic math, weights and measures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Manage ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and reviews.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to ensure productivity.
